Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the "Sultanate" mobile application, web page, and associated services (collectively referred to as the "App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the App.

1 - Acceptance of Terms

1.1 - By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use the App

2. - Use of the App

2.1 - Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements

2.2 - User Account: In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

2.3 - Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or disrupts the functionality of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any harmful or malicious code, spamming, or engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.

3. - User Content

3.1 - User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or transmit through the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share your User Content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights

3.2 - License : By posting User Content on the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the App's services

3.3 - Content Guidelines : You agree not to post any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content that violates these guidelines.

4. - Intellectual Property

4.1 - Ownership: The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of "Sultanate" or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 - Limited License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

5. - Privacy

5.1 - Data Collection: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. - Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 - The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. -Limitation of Liability

7.1 - To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8 - Indemnification

8.1 - You agree to indemnify and hold "Sultanate," its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights

9. - Modifications to the Agreement

9.1 - We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of as where you are obtaining or providing services and even both. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country
