Full Job Description

Job Overview:

Esskay Cars is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and support services efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with car rental bookings, availability checks, and pricing information.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.
  • Guide customers through the rental process, policies, and terms & conditions.

2. Booking & Reservation Management

  • Process new car rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Confirm bookings and send reservation details & invoices to customers.

3. Follow-Ups & Customer Satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers for feedback & service improvements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Upsell and recommend additional services or upgrades to customers.

4. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and rental agreements.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the fleet management team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional offers and customer engagement.
  • Assist in vehicle dispatch and return coordination when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental industry (preferred but not mandatory).
✔️ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online booking platforms.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
✔️ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
