Full Job Description

We are seeking a Web Hosting Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with hosting-related services. The ideal candidate should have experience in web hosting, domain management, and server administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via live chat, email, and phone to resolve hosting-related issues.
  • Assist customers with website setup, domain registration, SSL installation, and email configuration.
  • Troubleshoot server, cPanel, and hosting-related issues.
  • Monitor server performance and escalate critical issues to the IT team.
  • Guide customers on WordPress installations, backups, and security configurations.
  • Document common support issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in web hosting, cPanel, WHM, and DNS management.
  • Strong understanding of Linux servers and command-line operations.
  • Familiarity with website migration, FTP, and MySQL databases.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting, VPS, and security protocols is a plus.
