Full Job Description
We are seeking a Web Hosting Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with hosting-related services. The ideal candidate should have experience in web hosting, domain management, and server administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via live chat, email, and phone to resolve hosting-related issues.
- Assist customers with website setup, domain registration, SSL installation, and email configuration.
- Troubleshoot server, cPanel, and hosting-related issues.
- Monitor server performance and escalate critical issues to the IT team.
- Guide customers on WordPress installations, backups, and security configurations.
- Document common support issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in web hosting, cPanel, WHM, and DNS management.
- Strong understanding of Linux servers and command-line operations.
- Familiarity with website migration, FTP, and MySQL databases.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting, VPS, and security protocols is a plus.
