Job Description:
A Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. They focus on data-driven strategies, performance analysis, and ROI-driven campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across PPC, social media, display, retargeting, and affiliate channels.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance.
- Optimize campaigns for CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.
2. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance targeting.
3. Budget Management
- Allocate marketing budgets across multiple paid channels for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Continuously optimize bids and budgets to improve campaign performance.
- Forecast and report on budget spend vs. expected performance.
4. SEO & Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with SEO teams to align paid campaigns with organic efforts.
- Work with designers and developers to create and optimize high-converting landing pages.
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics to improve lead generation.
5. Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Develop precise audience segmentation strategies using first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
- Implement and manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Optimize audience selection for higher engagement and conversions.
6. Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Ensure ad messaging aligns with brand positioning and business goals.
- Test different creatives and messaging to identify high-performing variations.
7. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows for nurturing leads.
- Ensure smooth integration between performance marketing efforts and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Leverage automation tools like Google Tag Manager and Zapier to streamline campaign execution.
8. Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
- Keep up with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
- Benchmark campaign performance against competitors to enhance strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in budget management and performance tracking.
- Ability to create and interpret campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
